A. Who writes out the content for my site?
It's your business and website, so you're
the best person to decide what information you'd like
published. However, you are free to use my content that is already written in the template.
You do not have to modify the content at all or you can just modify some of it.

A. How long does it take for my site to be made?
I will have your website completed and online within 4 days from your order. As soon as your website is complete and you have approved it, I will make your craigslist ad, submitt it to Craigslist, and email you the ad so you can continue to repost it to Craigslist.

A. How much time do I have to submit the content that I want on my website?
You can take as long as you need to submit your information and content to me. It is entirely up to you as to how long you wait to give me your content to make your website.

A. How can I change my content after the site is
published?
Once your site is completed and online, I will email you and call you. You can then review it and call me if you want to change anything.

A. Can I have my own photos, logos or any other graphics on my
site?
You cannot add any logos, but you can add up to 15 pictures to your portfolio. For the holiday lighting sites, you can also change the 3 thumbnail pics that are on the bottom of each page.

A. How long does my website last and how do I renew it?
Your website will remain live unless you choose to cancel..
You will be automatically billed each month, on the same day, by the same payment that you initally used to pay for the website ($29.99 for landscaping websites and $24.99 for holiday lighting websites). If you choose to cancel, you can either call me, email me, or cancel your monthly billing through paypal.

A. Do you offer a guarantee or refund?
Yes, I offer a guarantee and refund. You can cancel your website within 5 days of purchasing it by simply calling me or emailing me and receive a full refund. After 5 days of
from the date you ordered, you will not be eligible for a refund.

A. Will another landscaping company in my area have the same website as I have?
No, only one website template will be offered per area. In other words, the areas (cities or entire county-whichever is applicable) that you are working in will not be offered any of the websites.
This will allow all websites to look original.
